Promoting French Gastronomy at UBD

French Michelin Star Chef Arnaud Tabarec from Five Seas Hotel ***** in Cannes, France, delighted the crowd at the Sunken Courtyard at UBD, giving insights on preparing his favourite dishes as part of the French Gastronomic Week co-organised by the Embassy of France and Alliance Francaise in Brunei Darussalam.

Students and teachers of ITBE were present at the show and Chef Tabarec underlined the fact that being a chef can be a prestigious and rewarding job.
