French Cooking Demonstration at Alliance Française Brunei

On October 31st Alliance Française Brunei organised a cooking demonstration by Arnaud Tabarec, a Michelin Star Chef from France. Some 20 guests attended the cooking demonstration along with French Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, Christian Ramage. Also present was the new Director of Alliance Francaise de Brunei Darussalam, Ayrine Jammes and Mrs Katia Ménargues, deputy Head of mission with the French Embassy.

Arnaud Tabarec has built his expertise while working at the prestigious French chain of Relais Châteaux and Michelin star restaurants such as ‘Drouant’ in Paris, under the famous three stars Chef Antoine Westermann. His curiosity in exploring new cultures and cuisine took him to the region, where he has collaborated with renowned chefs and now, sharing his culinary skills with the Brunei community. All ingredients used for this demonstration were selected and bought in Brunei.
