European Union Training session – CBRN Risks

The French Ambassador to Brunei Darussalam, H. E. Christian RAMAGE, delivered the opening remarks on behalf of the Delegation of the European Union to Indonesia and Brunei Darussalam at an event of the European Union (EU) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Risk Mitigation Centres of Excellence (CoE) Initiative on April 2, 2018.

The workshop on CBRN Awareness Raising – Multi-agency planning and response brought together the CBRN National Team of Brunei Darussalam under the lead of the Prime Minister’s Office and will help the team to refine the draft of the National CBRN Action Plan of Brunei Darussalam further. The EU has been supporting Brunei Darussalam in its efforts to mitigate CBRN risks since 2011 through the Regional Secretariat of the EU CBRN CoE for South-East Asia, based in Manila and hosted by the Philippine gov
